Our company, Piperbear, is a collaboration between me (Nicole) and my husband, Greg. We have owned and managed residential apartments since 2012. In 2017 we began converting our most well-located properties to furnished, short-term rentals and vacation destinations. We love sharing our spaces with guests from around the world.
I am a visual artist and designer, and love using color to create cohesion in our homes. Greg is a musician, and has a knack for coming up with inventive ways to enhance the mood of each space. We try to give each property a unique personality and provide those special touches that elevate your experience.

We want guests to feel like they are staying in their “home away from home”. We outfit each house with unique items and personal touches to keep a homey feel. If it’s there, it’s for use by our guests – nothing is off limits. And we’re always open to suggestions on what would make the stay even better.
Clean as a whistle.
Cleaning is a top priority for us. Greg was taught the art of cleaning by his grandmother, Norma (Nonee), who instilled in him the “old ways” of dusting, mopping, and multi-step sanitizing passed down from her own grandmother.
Piperbear incorporates these “old ways” into our turnover procedures. We oversee the cleaning of our properties ourselves, because, to date, we have not found many cleaners who can live up to Nonee’s high standards. Ask anyone who has stayed at a Piperbear property recently and they will tell you it was sparkling clean.
