Manatee Harbour features a spacious home located on the north end of Anna Maria, Florida. This oasis has everything you need for your perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Bean Point and Bay beaches, City Pier (where you can catch the Island Trolley), and the shops and restaurants on Pine Street.
Sunroom overlooks pool and canal. Pool can be heated for relaxing after a beach day. Kitchen is complete with everything you need to dine in. Park style charcoal grill for you to use.
Partial payment is due at the time of booking. Your payment is fully refundable (less an admin fee of 3%) for the first 48 hours after booking. Within 30 days of arrival, the trip is non-refundable.

The Space
This 2 bed / 2 bath, canal-facing home has a small dock and private pool. We provide bath & beach towels, beach carts and beach chairs. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Please bring or buy supplies for the remainder of your stay.
2nd Bedroom can be set up as a King or 2 twin beds.
There is a fitness room – this area is used at your own risk. We ask that children under 16 years of age be restricted from using the fitness room without supervision.
Absolutely NO parties. This is NOT an event or party house (this includes family parties). Any persons not registered as part of the booking group will be asked to leave.
Parking
Parking is in the driveway on the right side of the house. You may block the garage, and park on the gravel to the right of the driveway if needed. Please do not block the white fence gate – this is how the pool company enters to service the pool, and where you will pick up and leave your beach chairs.
We have parking spaces for 2 vehicles, and one golf cart. If you have additional vehicles, please contact us in advance for permission and guidance on how best to manage this. We do not own the gravel area in front of the fence – this is City property and subject to ticketing and towing.
There is one exterior camera that faces the street. This is the only camera onsite and is there for your safety and the safety of the home.
We live nearby, and pass by the house often on our dog walks and bike rides. If you need anything during your stay, we are able to respond quickly.
The Pool
Heated pool, includes lounge chairs, outdoor shower for rinsing off, pool floats, and chairs for relaxing.
NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATER: The Pool Heater is set to 84 degrees and fluctuates between 80-85 degrees on a normal day. 84 degree is NOT “bath tub” or “hot tub” hot. The Pool without the heater runs around 70-72 degrees in the cooler months. Heater may not be available if outdoor temperatures drop below 65 degrees. For multiple consecutive days when outdoor temperatures stay below 65 degrees pool heater may be turned off to avoid extended run times and potential for damage.
We ask that only those staying at the house use the pool. Unregistered guests may not use the pool without host’s permission.
