This house had been stripped of all its historic character during a renovation in the early 2000s. Our goal was to restore the charm expected in the details of a Church Hill home,while creating an interior layout for the modern lifestyle.

    • Widened interior downstairs doorways to create more open layout and flow
    • Opened partial wall between kitchen and dining room to create pass through for easy entertaining
    • Exposed existing brick chimneys and added reclaimed wood mantle
    • Added custom built foyer bench and coat rack area
    • Modified downstairs full bath into half bath and laundry
    • Converted trunk room into upstairs hall bathroom
    • Renovated master bathroom with new layout, new fixtures, and new porcelain floor tile and white subway surround in the tub and shower area
    • Replaced all interior doors with 5 panel solid core doors
    • Replaced all trim with period correct custom trim
    • Designer light fixtures
    • Front and back exterior landscaping and new fence
    • Replaced carpet throughout the with period correct hardwood flooring
    • Brought electric and plumbing up to code
    • Repaired front and back porches
    • New Exterior Doors, and windows as needed
